What is covered by Q-Link's warranty?
Our limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship with the exceptions and limitations listed below.

How long does warranty coverage last?
From date of purchase:  Acrylic, Stainless Steel & Titanium Pendants, Bracelets and Powered Products carry a 1 Year Manufacturer Limited Warranty.  Silver & Gold Products and chains carry a 90 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty. Q-Link CLEAR, Equine Pendant and other accessories carry a 30 Day Manufacturer Limited Warranty.

What is not covered?
Products damaged by misuse or occurrences outside of normal use by customer.  Please read the Disclaimers.

What will Q-Link do?
If approved, Q-Link or your original authorized seller will repair or replace defective products at no charge to you.
