No. Authorized Q-Link Retail Showroom partners are not permitted to sell Q-Link online, including on their own websites, nor on any third-party websites (such as Amazon or eBay), on social media or on any other virtual transacting platform. 

Yes. However, they must request approval in advance for each event and meet the necessary display and signage requirements. 

No. All orders are paid in advance of shipment.

Your Q-Link display is designed to be an effective countertop advertising, sales and POP tool, so the more prominent and visible, the better your results will be. It's compact and easy to relocate, so even if you choose to keep it generally out of reach of your customers, it can still be easily brought to them for review.

Authorized Q-Link Retail Showrooms in the USA should honor our official 90-Day Money Back Guarantee. Customer refund requests should be honored promptly, and then Showrooms must contact Q-Link Customer Service for directions on how to handle the returned product. In the rare event a customer finds a defect in workmanship, Showroom must first contact Q-Link Customer Service for instructions before initiating a replacement or taking further action. Q-Link will promptly replace any verifiably defective product.

The Q-Link display (along with the collection of Pendants received in the intro package) should remain consistently available. However, 2 (two) display pendants may be absent at one time, provided they are reordered and replaced immediately.
